If you happen to receive a damaged product, we will either refund the money or replace the product, depending on your preference. You can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of delivery. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.
Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.
To cancel your order, send us an email to email@example.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
