PRAWN COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

400 grams Prawns (Cooked)

1 Small Iceberg Lettuce, washed and trimmed

1 Cup POSH NOSH Thousand Island Dressing

1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Paprika, For Dusting

4 Teaspoons Chopped Chives

METHOD

  1. Break the lettuce into individual leaves, then divide the leaves evenly between 4 small glass bowls.
  2. Mix the prawns, POSH NOSH Thousand Island Dressing, tabasco and lemon juice together. Place the prawn mixture over the lettuce and season with black pepper. Dust the top with a little paprika and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
