1/4 Cup POSH NOSH Creamy Mayo Spread (Classic Flavour)
2 Rashers of Bacon
1 Tablespoon Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Tablespoon Mustard
METHOD
Cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a small bowl.
Mash the egg yolks with Posh Nosh Creamy Mayo Spread, mustard and cheese. Fill the white halves with the yolk mixture and refrigerate.
Just before serving, cook bacon over medium heat in a skillet until evenly brown and crispy. Crumble into little bits. Scatter the bacon bits on the devised eggs and serve!
