Recipes

There’s so much one can make with Posh Nosh sauces – you can get pretty creative and come up with the piece de resistance that will leave your family and friends asking for more! Here are some recipes that come with the stamp of quality as they are from the experts. While some of them are renowned names from the food industry, there are also some who you might not have heard of - grandmothers, aunts and mothers who, according to me, are the unsung heroes (or heroines!) of the food industry. Their knowledge and vast experience
automatically makes them experts in my world. If you have some recipes that are unique, fun, or even quirky, please do send me a mail.
I would love to share them with others through this website.

Take cucumbers and make a thin slice to remove the ends. Then cut into about 1 inch chunks.
Make a little well in the cucumber pieces using a very small spoon. This will remove some of the seed area and leave a nice little hollow cup. Use a teaspoon or piping bag and fill each little hollow with POSH NOSH Thousand Island Dressing. To make it even more posh, add a cooked prawn on the top of the canapé and serve!
