Posh Nosh Creamy Mayo Spread
Butter
 
Spread butter on one side of both slices of bread. Layer the unbuttered side of one slice of bread with cucumber, tomato and zucchini. Spread Posh Nosh Creamy Mayo Spread on the unbuttered side of the other slice of bread and place on top of the vegetable later with the buttered side facing upward. Place in a sandwich maker and heat till toasted. Serve!
