1 head cauliflower, cut into
1 tablespoon Posh Nosh Roasted Garlic Cloves
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream
freshly ground black pepper
In a steamer, add cauliflower, cover, and steam until tender, about 10 minutes.

Transfer half the cauliflower to a food processor. Cover and blend on high till smooth. Add remaining cauliflower florets, one at a time, until it is creamy. Add in garlic, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, salt, and black pepper and give a final blend. Sprinkle with parsley and serve!
