4 Tablespoons Posh Nosh Roasted Garlic Cloves

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
In a bowl, mash the roasted garlic cloves in its own oil. Clean the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 5 wedges lengthwise. You'll have 10 long wedges from each potato. Place the potatoes on a sheet pan and drizzle over the oil, herbs and mashed garlic from the roasted garlic cloves. Toss all the ingredients together, making sure the potatoes are covered with oil. Spread the potatoes in a single layer to get maximum crispness.

Bake the potatoes for a total of 30 to 35 minutes. Bake until they are lightly browned, crisp outside, and tender inside. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
